MAKAWAO - Schatzi Vie Corpuz and Jean Marc Paul were married Oct. 10, 2009, at St. Joseph's Church. Deacon Pat Constantino presided at the ceremony.
The bride is a former Maui resident and the daughter of Frederico and Eileen Corpuz of Pukalani. She is a pathology systems associate at Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii on Oahu.
The groom is the son of Therese Alexandre of Brooklyn, N.Y. He is an electronics mechanic at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.

Ka'ina Bonacorsi was maid of honor. Juliet Hammonds and the bride's niece Tyler Corpuz were bridesmaids. The bride's niece Kaycee Corpuz was flower girl.
Errol Hammonds was best man. Will Wynn and the couple's son Dominique Corpuz were groomsmen. Their son Aiseah Paul was ring bearer.
A reception at Mayor Hannibal Tavares Community Center in Pukalani followed the ceremony.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul and their family live in Kapolei, Oahu.
