WAILUKU --- A news conference is scheduled for Monday to announce the University of Hawaii men's volleyball team will play at War Memorial Gym in 2010, Maui County communications director Mahina Martin said Sunday.
The Warriors' season begins with the Outrigger Hotels Invitational, scheduled for Jan. 7-9. The regular season finishes with matches April 16-17 at UC Santa Barbara. The last home matches on the UH schedule are April 2-3, against UC San Diego.
The Warriors' schedule posted on the athletic department's Web site lists the site as ''TBA'' for a home match against Brigham Young on Feb. 27. The schedule shows the Warriors and Cougars opening their two-game series at the Stan Sheriff Center on Feb. 26.
