Trash service to be caught up in Kihei
WAILUKU - Most of the Kihei residents along two trash routes missed earlier this week had their trash picked up Wednesday, the county Department of Environmental Management's Solid Waste Division said.
The remaining missed residents in the Maui Meadows area will have their trash picked up today and on Friday as scheduled.
Trash service was disrupted this week along two routes in Kihei due to a staff shortage and mechanical problems.
For more information, call the division at 270-7875.
