Lahaina Grill's popular demi menu has returned for those who want to dine at the bar from 6 p.m. to closing Sundays to Thursdays.
In a nutshell, diners get half-entree portions for a reduced price at Lahaina town's hot spot. They are perfect-sized portions for sharing with a friend and the bartenders will help you find the right wine or the perfect cocktail.

"Lahaina Grill's demi menu was originally developed to appeal to a wider customer base, to create a more approachable and casual experience at the bar," shares Jurg Munch, chef-owner. "The buzz at our bar is already contagious, but this menu just helps to make a night on the town a bit more fun and affordable."
From the sea comes wild salmon fillet, baked with a pommery mustard and caramelized Maui onion crust with chardonnay-horseradish beurre blanc. From the land comes Kona-coffee-roasted rack of lamb in light coffee-cabernet demi-glace with herb-infused mashed potatoes. Demi desserts include triple-berry pie. All are New American cuisine dishes that use techniques and flavors from around the world - blended with fresh local ingredients from Maui dairies, farms and the ocean.
