William Proctor Wilson, 88, of Wailea, died March 7, 2010, at Queen's Medical Center on Oahu.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Theresa Church in Kihei. The family requests aloha attire. Donations may be made in his name to the William & Leona Wilson Scholarship Fund at the University of Hawaii Maui College via the UH Foundation c/o UH Maui College, 310 Kaahumanu Ave., Kahului 96732. Borthwick Mortuary on Oahu is assisting with the arrangements.
Mr. Wilson was born July 2, 1921, in New York City. He was the owner of Vogue/Butterick.
He is survived by his wife, Leona Rocha Wilson; two daughters, Mary Anne Wilson and Laura (Gary) Liton; a stepson, R.J. (Mindee) Impastato; a brother, Trevett Abbot Wilson; and three grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
