HAIKU - Mailemakanaialiiokalani Cerizo, formerly of Maui, and Kenneth Ian Crewdson II are engaged to be married late this summer. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Patrick Cerizo of Wailuku and Lauri Cerizo of Haiku.
Maile Cerizo is a 2003 Kekaulike High School graduate who went on to earn a bachelor's degree in journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. She currently works in marketing for CRISTA Ministries in Seattle.
The groom-to-be is the son of James "Jay" and Lorelei Crewdson of Chugiak, Alaska. He graduated from Wasilla High School in 2002 and worked as a Korean linguist for the Army until his deployment to Iraq in 2009. He is currently studying electrical engineering at Seattle Central Community College.
