The "granddaddy of all food and wine events" will return to Kapalua Resort June 24 to 27, allowing visitors and residents an up-close look at the latest trends in wine and Hawaiian cuisine, all within one thirst-quenching weekend.
The theme for the 29th annual Kapalua Wine & Food Festival will be "Summer Soiree," and the four-day affair will highlight Hawaii Regional Cuisine and embrace the farm-to-fork concept in partnership with Maui Farm Bureau.
"The Kapalua Wine & Food Festival has always showcased intriguing wines from around the world, but this year's culinary spotlight will be centered on Hawaii 's unique cuisine. says Nancy Cross, who is the longtime vice president of Events Management, Kapalua Resort.
