SPORTS LESSONS: "What I enjoy most about being an athlete is the thrill of competition and the pride I feel when I achieve my goals. I also enjoy the bond I've developed with my teammates. Being an athlete has taught me that it takes more character to accept a loss with the odds against you than it does to always be a lucky winner.''
