Building a better Baldwin

The new 12,400-square-foot, $7.1 million Baldwin High School library building located near the school cafeteria will feature a library, a media center and a conference room.

The project's general contractor is David Ting & Sons.

Other ongoing projects on the Baldwin campus are a $215,935 repair and renovation of the school cafeteria, and a Building L renovation. The cafeteria project includes replacing the leaky roof and adding jalousies to the dining room.

The $842,000 renovation on a portion of Building L includes the addition of a portable classroom for the school's occupational skills program.
