WAILUKU - The family of a 17-year-old Kahului girl who was last seen at home Jan. 19 is asking for the public's help in locating her.
Jessica Takemura is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing between 155 and 160 pounds. She has brown eyes and long black hair.
Her family received a telephone message from the girl Thursday but hasn't been able to contact her. She may be staying with friends, according to her family.
