HAWAIIAN MUSIC SERIES IN LAHAINA
Relax under the shade trees and enjoy the soothing Hawaiian music stylings of Joshua Kahula and Preston Ako. 'A TRIBUTE TO THE WHALES' IN KAHULUI
Pacific Whale Foundation's "A Tribute to the Whales" will celebrate Maui's most-loved visiting mammals with art, photography, poetry and performance. Hula, music and a traditional Hawaiian chant will kick off the festivities from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Maui Mall in Kahului. The public will be invited to share and enjoy music, art, poetry, stories, videos and photos highlighting their love for the whales. Local schools will also share whale-themed art.
