LAHAINA - Nyas F. Dyckman and Jennifer Lynn Buesch are engaged to be married in December at Launiupoko Beach in Lahaina.
The son of Pat and Joey Dyckman of Lahaina, the groom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Lahainaluna High School, who earned a degree from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. He is a teacher/sign-language interpreter in Monterey, Calif.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rick and Sheryl Buesch of Osceola, Iowa. She is also a Gallaudet University graduate who works as a school psychologist in Monterey, Calif. After the wedding, the couple plans to live abroad.
