Three men sought in theft from dorms

This week the Maui Police Department and Maui Crime Stoppers ask for the public's assistance in identifying three men involved in a theft at the Kulanaao dorms in Kahului.

At about 1:38 a.m. June 14, three men were seen on surveillance video to entering a vehicle that was parked at the Kulanaao dormitories lot and removing a small black box containing miscellaneous jewelry.

The three men fled in a gray or silver Honda Civic-type vehicle with a Metal Mulisha helmet decal on the left rear-quarter panel. The decal is of a white skull with a green helmet.

Callers remain anonymous and are given a code number.
