In a separate case, 23-year-old Lajay Kinsey is wanted for questioning in a case involving unauthorized con-trol of a propelled motor vehicle, second-degree theft and intimidating a witness. Kinsey is also sought on arrest warrants for unrelated charges.

Kinsey is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be living in the Kihei area.
