Zaryski finished 28th overall with a time of 2:39.28 in the three-part race that combines a one-mile rough water swim, 18.3-mile mountain bike race and 6.1-mile trail run. Michael Weiss won the men's race in 2:27.00, while Lesley Paterson was the first woman finisher, in 2:45.59.
