The bride is the daughter of James and Lynn Potratz of Pukalani. The 33-year-old Pukalani resident is the store manager at MacNet in Kahului.
The groom is the son of Spring Keeley of Ohio and John "David" Charter IV of Florida. The 33-year-old resident of Haiku is the owner of Allterior Painting.
