A workout on the way to work

National Guard Spc. Gerald Alcantara carries a full pack along Mokulele Highway as he walks to work Friday morning. “I usually do this once a month, but I’ve been slacking,” Alcantara said. “It’s been a while.” Alcantara said he works full time for the National Guard as a funeral honor coordinator.
