Zipping through the air is scary, then fun

Wailuku Elementary School 2nd-grader Austin Lugo (left), 7, and Sara Sheydwasser, 8, of Edmonton, Alberta, zip toward the end of the Maui Zipline Co. course at the Maui Tropical Plantation on Saturday morning in Waikapu. “It was awesome,” Lugo said. “It made me feel like Superman.” Sheydwasser said that by the fifth and final zip she was having fun too. “At first, it was scary, and then it was fun,” she said.
