SAN LUIS OBISBO, Calif. - A team from Maui won the U.S. Polo Association girls western regional on Feb. 4, becoming one of six American teams to qualify for the national tournament in Charlottes-ville, Va., scheduled for Thursday through March 4.
The team is comprised of Seabury Hall senior Jessica Hartley, Baldwin senior Sydni Tobin, Kihei Charter sophomore Lindsay Holmes and Carden Academy 8th-grader Hana Diller, with coaches Rosey Rosecrans and Herman Lois DeCoite.
Hartley, Tobin and Diller were also named USPA all-stars.
