I would like to thank Mayor Alan Arakawa for giving me 10 minutes of time from his busy schedule recently to listen to a traffic concern involving a county employee - a common occurrence of aggressive driving and just plain stupidity on our highways now days. It could have turned tragic for both parties and costly to the county's taxpayers.
Mahalo, Mr. Arakawa, for assuring me that you would address the problem and for stating that county employees should never drive in that manner.
