Norma Koyanagi, 86, of Kahului, died April 5, 2012, at Hale Makua, Kahului.
Visitation will be April 17, 2012, at 9 am, at Wailuku Door of Faith Church, with services at 10 am, and burial at 12:30 pm at Maui Memorial Park - Gardens of Meditation.
Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with the arrangements.
She is survived by two sons Jerry (Ana) Koyanagi, Timothy Hughes (Hanai son); three daughters, Carol Chung, Louise Koyanagi, Mae Koyanagi; Five brothers Yoshio (Jenny) Higa, Russell Kiyan, George (Mitsuko) Higa, William Kiyan, Lawrence Kiyan; two sisters Haruko Oshiro, Rosebell Kiyan; Grandchildren Luana (Wade) Fukumoto, Allen (Krista) Palakiko; and 5 great-grandchild.
Known as "Norma from Ah Fooks", Mrs Koyanagi liked to cook and feed people. She was a prayer warrior, and loved her church.
