Ryan Yasunobu Takushi, 53, of Kahului, passed away on April 6, 2012 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born April 14, 1958 in Wailuku.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 15 at Ballard Family Mortuary, service at 7 p.m., cremation will follow.
Visitation will be held again from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012 at Kahului Union Church with a memorial service at 5 p.m.
Ryan retired from the Maui Prince Hotel as an accounting clerk.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Takushi; son, Kevin (Shaina Alip) Loke; daughter, Jessica Takushi; grandchildren, Kaleb and Reagan Loke; parents, Agnes Toshiko Takushi and Ansei Takushi, twin brother, Randal (Fay) Takushi.
