PUKALANI - The King Kekaulike High School boys volleyball team moved one win from an unbeaten Maui Interscholastic League regular season by defeating Kamehameha Maui 25-16, 25-16, 25-17 on Tuesday night at Kaulahea-nuiokamoku Gym.
Kepa Luat-Hueu had nine kills for Na Alii (11-0), already assured of the MIL Division I regular-season championship and a berth in next month's state tournament on Oahu. Lionel Mills had six aces, Victor Ragland, Kamaka Kanae and Ma'ave Emelio each had six kills and Kamaka Kanae had three blocks.
King Kekaulike will face Maui High on Thursday in Pukalani.
The Warriors fell to 1-10.
