PHOENIX (AP) - Shane Victorino homered for a second consecutive day, Hunter Pence snapped an 0-for-16 slump with a home run of his own and the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 8-5 on Tuesday.
Laynce Nix also homered for the Phillies, who ended a three-game losing streak.
Philadelphia's Vince Worley (2-1) scattered five hits over six innings, and Jonathan Papelbon pitched the ninth for his sixth save in as many chances.

The Phillies entered the game next-to-last in the major leagues with 48 runs scored.
Victorino, the only Maui-born All-Star in major league history, hit a solo homer in the eighth, his only hit of the game. He has four homers this season.
Diamondbacks left-hander Mike Zagurski, who was called up from Triple-A Reno earlier Tuesday, entered in the eighth and surrendered Victorino's leadoff home run.
Josh Collmenter (0-2) lost for a second consecutive outing, allowing a season-high six runs on nine hits over six-plus innings.
Arizona's Jason Kubel hit his third home run in four games.
