Now that President Barack Obama has declared the war on terror to be over (as reported in The National Journal), I guess we can eliminate the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration and reinstate the 4th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution by repealing the Patriot and National Defense Authorization acts.
