New face forward for tanks

California Sandblasting and Coating foreman Raul Ruiz paints the stairs of 50-foot-tall diesel fuel tank at Kahului Harbor on Saturday morning. Ruiz and his crew of five are halfway through a four-month project to blast and paint a pair of tanks at the harbor.
