Royalty of the Keiki Court practice Friday afternoon at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa while preparing for today's third annual May Day celebration on the outdoor stage near the hotel's lobby.
The keiki are children or grandchildren of hotel employees.
Aside from entertainment and food, today's free event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. also includes lei-making and aloha attire competitions, which are open to the public.

Lei can be dropped off between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.
The aloha attire contest will be judged by the audience.
