Wayne E. "Braddah Pili" Uwekoolani, 59 of Wailuku, passed away on April 26, 2012. He was born on July 15, 1952 in Wailuku, Maui.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, May 12 from 9 am to 12 noon, with service at 11 am at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Cremation to follow. A military inurnment at Maui Veteran's Cemetery will be held at a later date.
He was a carpenter in the construction industry.
He is survived by his mother Violet Uwekoolani; brothers Charles M. (Phyllis) Uwekoolani Jr. and Sanford K. Uwekoolani Sr.; sisters, Bobbie Jean N. Lovato, Janice M. Uwekoolani and Mona Uwekoolani; god child Chelsea (Walter) Vierra Sr., his long-time companion Dorothy Uwekoolani, numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Sheba.
