When a person makes broad and vaguely worded statements about what he plans to do in the future for America, but refuses to provide detailed specifics that address the problems facing the country.
When a person voices a political stand on an issue then, when his position becomes unpopular or controversial, takes a different viewpoint in order to accommodate public sentiment.
When a person and other members of his faction demand austerity and sacrifice from those least able to afford such measures, yet insist on providing further economic assistance and tax considerations for wealthy patrons and corporate interests who pad the person's bank account.
When a person whines and complains about political opponents being too divisive even though he embraces and condones others whose actions and language are far more harsh and severe.
Crooks and liars have some common traits that are easily detected if we pay attention to the signs. We can see clearly now - facts matter.
