I was sorry to hear about a May 7 letter writer's frustration in signing up for our cane burn notifications.
More than 1,000 people are successfully receiving text and email notifications from us in advance of cane burning, as well as alerts when our planned burn schedule changes. Sign-ups are simple and we've helped a number of people register for this free service.
I hope the letter writer contacts HC&S, as we'd be happy to assist her too.
