Everywhere I go I see bikers dangerously riding on roads and the side of highways. They claim sidewalks are for pedestrians but at the same time roads are for cars.
In my opinion, they are a hazard because they bike slower than the speed limit and sometimes with no helmet.
Also, if there was an accident, in most cases the vehicle would be at fault. Bikers should bike in their designated lanes or on mountains trails designated for bikes.
