Clarence Decoite Sr., 74 of Makawao passed away at home with Hospice Care on May 18, 2012. He was born on December 11, 1937 in Paia.
Services will be on Tuesday, May 29 at St. Joseph Church in Makawao, with visitation at 9:30 am, Mass at 11:00 am, followed by burial in the church cemetery. Borthwick Norman's Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
He retired as a truck driver with Hawaiian Cement.
He is preceded in death by his wife Audrey Ann Decoite.
He is survived by his son, Clarence (Helen) Decoite, Jr.; daughters, Debra (Mark) Bohlmann, Denise (Koa) Wainui; brother Henry "Ronald" Decoite; sister, Lorraine Santos; grandchildren, Shahlia Wainui, Shalsi Maika, Shahlise Wainui, Kaelon Wainui, Kari Bode, Kerwin Bode; great grandchildren, Noa Kamalu, Teuila Maika and Alaula Wainui-Sakamoto.
