Martina Ruiz Vila, 101, of Lanai City, Hawaii, passed away on May 29, 2012, at Lanai Community Hospital. She was born on November 10, 1910, in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012, at Sacred Hearts Church on Lanai; mass will start at 10:00 a.m.; burial will follow at the Lanai Cemetery.
Martina is survived by her children, Mercedes (Emiliano) Topinio, Felicito (Marina) Vila, Rufina Lesking, Juanita Bala, Emiliano (Susana) Vila; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
