WAILUKU -- Paul Bailey, an 18-year Maui Police Department veteran, was indicted Friday morning on four counts of third-degree sexual assault, police said.
He turned himself in at the Wailuku Police Station on Friday afternoon and was released after posting a $100,000 bail bond.
The charges followed allegations of sexual misconduct by a 15-year-old girl.
