Not a single presidential election has been impacted by the Hawaii vote. Frequently, the winner of the presidential election has been known even before Hawaii's vote was counted and, in some instances, even before many of us voted.
That being the case, I'm perplexed by letter writers who wax passionately for or against presidential candidates. Obviously, they are unaware that they are engaged in an exercise in futility. Which begs the question: What else are they unaware of?
