As a candidate for the Kahului residency seat on the County Council, I have been attending events that involve meeting some of the other candidates for other seats.
Recently, I met Upcountry candidate Richard Pohle. I really like this candidate as he believes in many of the same ideas I believe in. He believes in free enterprise and that more small business would stimulate the economy. He also believes in cutting spending the same way I do.
His top concern is the water supply issue, and I agree that this is an issue of priority. I would look forward to the opportunity to serve on the council with Mr. Pohle.
