Students encourage public to curb underage drinking and “Be a Jerk”

Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui members display their handmade signs in support of the “Be a Jerk” campaign on June 28 along Kaahumanu Avenue. The campaign encourages the public to “be a jerk” by not buying alcohol for anyone under 21. Groups from all five Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui also showed their support by sign waving at locations throughout the island that day.
