Now that the Supreme Court has decided that the price being charged the taxpayers for not buying something is a tax, the liberals have been crying loudly that it's a not a tax, it's a penalty.
If that's the case, then aren't their demands to tax the rich a penalty on success?
Using the liberal logic, Apple should be penalized for creating the iPhone and Cool Cat Cafe should be penalized for making a better burger.
