Kaniela Ing is extremely bright, personable, hardworking and fair. Born and raised on Maui, Kaniela attended Kamehameha Schools on Maui and Maui Community College before transferring to the University of Hawaii where he became president of the student body. He also completed his master's degree in public administration.
He has now returned to Maui where he knows the issues, is already very involved in Kihei community concerns and shows up at every event to listen, participate and take action.
