Wind-powered dryer is free for all

Kihei’s Steve Foulger uses the wind to dry his towel Wednesday afternoon at Kamaole I Beach Park while talking with Allie Singer. “It’s free,” Foulger said. “If there is one thing we have an abundance of it is wind.” Singer said the strength of the gusts caused them to change their routine. “Normally we’re out here playing paddleball, but it’s too windy.”
