Don Guzman believes in community. Wherever and whenever he can, he finds a way to support positive, healthy development of his community as a building block integrated within the design of the greater community. As an observer of his actions to serve community, I have been gratified that his efforts are steadfast, consistent and genuine.

Who are the people? What do they value? What are their immediate needs? What are their long-term goals? Who are the visionary dreamers? How best can I be of service?

As an attorney, he is often asked to serve community organizations in a legal adviser role, which he has done throughout his legal career.
