Maui Channel Swim record broken

FIRST PHOTO: Eney Jones of Boulder, Colo., sprints to the finish line to give her Dallas Aquatic Masters team, Dam Fast Dam Fine, first place in the women's division of the 41st annual Maui Channel Swim. The team completed the 9.6-mile race from the old Club Lanai pier to Kaanapali in 3 hours, 23 minutes, 10 seconds.

Second overall and first in the senior makule division was Tattersalls 300-plus, in 3:22:12. California Dreamin' won the mixed title in 3:32:42, Olympic Club (3:47:05) finished first in the grand makule division, Maximum Damage (3:52:20) won the makule division and Shore Break (3:55:50) was the mixed makule champion.
