Blackburn fundraising event Thursday
Maui County Council candidate Joe Blackburn will hold a fundraising event from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Buzz's Wharf at Maalaea.
Ikaika Blackburn and Sean Na'auao will perform, and drinks and selected pupu will be discounted, according to an event announcement. A coupon is available in the Maui Bulletin.
