Kimie "Kay" Hiranaga, 85, of Kahului, Maui, passed away on September 1, 2012, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on February 22, 1927, in Puunene, Maui.
Private family services were held.
Kimie "Kay" is survived by her son, Russell Hiranaga; daughter, June (Elbert) Yoshida; brothers, Takashi Watanabe, Pete Watanabe; sisters, Tomie (Stanley) Shiroma, Yaeko (Harold) Wakamoto, Toshiko (Francis) Watanabe, Sueko Watanabe; and 3 grandchildren, Angela, Nicole, and Bradley.
