I am tired of a few people on the island dictating commerce to the rest of us. I am for the new mall in Kihei, and I will tell you why. It will give us more choices. When you have more choices and not a monopoly, we all gain.
Look at what happened with the gas prices once Costco opened its gas station. I haven't seen any of the existing gas stations go under as we were told they would.
I have talked to a lot of people here that welcome the new mall. Let our voices be heard also.
