Second Photo: Longs officials said the new store is set to open Oct. 8. Construction on the $50 million, 200,000-square-foot commercial project in Wailuku started in late October 2011. Longs Drugs will be the first store to open in the Kehalani Village Center. The complex is intended to serve the neighboring Kehalani housing subdivision and other residents of Wailuku and Waikapu.
