Thirty-five miles per hour on Lower Kula Highway?
Why was the speed limit on Lower Kula Highway reduced to 35 mph between Longs in Pukalani and Rice Park?
Driving this road for 25 years, I have never seen an accident caused by anyone driving sober at the speed limit.
The intersection at Omaopio has its share of rear-enders because cars are stopped waiting to turn left.
Just nuts, in my honest opinion.
