Rose Duey the right choice of OHA trustee

September 25, 2012
The Maui News

I have worked for more than two years now with Rose Duey and her husband, John, at the Olowalu Cultural Reserve. This is an area set aside to preserve Hawaiian cultural practices and to educate people about how the ancient Hawaiians lived and practiced agriculture.

Rose is one hardworking Hawaiian woman. She is dedicated to promoting Hawaiians and their culture. She is a fine lady and would be an asset to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

I am proud to know her. You do not have to be Hawaiian to vote for this OHA position, so please join me in voting for Rose.
