I have known Johanna K. Amorin, Office of Hawaii Affairs Maui trustee candidate, since 1999. Within this time, I've personally watched her in action, using her innovative mind, finding resolutions for situations.
One of the qualities I admire about her is that nothing seems to faze Johanna. She listens, assesses the problem at hand and, for as long as I have known her, each and every time finds the solution needed - calm, cool and collectively.
Johanna gives of herself continually showing the true aloha spirit within her. She will bring to this position not only a full commitment to the people but her problem-resolving abilities and her endless drive and compassion.
