Ceremonies for proud police grads

SECOND PHOTO: Members of class reaffirm their oaths of office at the close of their graduation ceremony. The 17 members of the 76th Recruit Class were: Ryota Akimoto, Winston Chai, Justin Endo, Lucas Hetzler, David Jakubczak, Irwin Keliipuleole, Frank Kuamoo, Rahul Mehra, Shawn Mida, Thomas Paredes, Brandon Phillips (outstanding Recruit and class president), John Salomon, Royce Takayama, William-Charles Tau'a, Richard Uesugi, Dmitriy Vladis and Lance Yorita. State Department of Land and Natural Resources officer Chad Kaho'opi'i was an honorary member of the class.
